Biography[]
Laurie Blake kept Who as either a keepsake or fond reminder of her time with Dan Dreiberg during their time as costumed crimefighters.
In 2019, Blake is visited at her apartment by Senator Joe Keene, and he discovers the owl she is keeping as a pet caged in her living room.[1]
While Blake was away on her assignment in Tulsa, she has members of the Anti-Vigilante Task Force to watch over Who. Following her return from Karnak, she thanked those who cared for her pet owl while she was away.[2]

- Who serves as a reference to Dan Dreiberg's current predicament following the events of the original series. Dreiberg is in federal prison for his actions as Nite Owl, since the Keene Act made them illegal.
