Given that the Watchmen (or would-be Crime Buster, or whatever you want to call Rorscharch and the rest) are all homages for the Charlton Comics super-heroes, who are the Minutemen supposed to be? Quality Comics heroes, MLJ comic heroes, or a third group, and which is which?
