An abandoned JCPenney’s department store in Tulsa, Oklahoma that served as the main operations for the Seventh Kavalry and the group parent organization Cyclops.

Seventh Kavalry Headquarters Church set
The Seventh Kavalry constructed a fake church said in the abandoned store so that they could use it as a site to record threatening white supremacist messages. This tricked the Tulsa Police Department into searching old and abandoned churches looking for the Kavalry’s headquarters.

Seventh Kavalry constructing the Teleportation Window
Cyclops used the abandoned department store to construct a CX-924 Teleportation Window and a Quantum Centrifuge that they planned to use to steal Doctor Manhattan’s powers.
Senator Joe Keene had Renee kidnap Wade Tillman and bring him to the Kavalry’s headquarters. Keene proceeded to show Tilghman the footage of Adrian Veidt confessed to being behind the 11/2 Psychic Shockwave in order to trick him into betraying Angela Abar.
