Screaming Skull was a villain, who was perhaps a Nazi operative during World War II. He later reformed after apparently finding religion and becoming a born-again Christian in the early nineteen eighties. He was later married and had two kids.
In 1985 he met his old foe Hollis Mason in a supermarket and the two of them exchanged addresses.
In Mason's final moments, he has a fantasy of beating his old enemies. Among them, is a figure wearing a hood and a skull mask. It is not known if this figure is supposed to be Screaming Skull's attire.
