Roger Jackson is a thief who was falsely accused of murdering Seymour David.
Biography[]
In 1986, Roger Jackson was arrested for the murder of New Frontiersman employee Seymour David in what appeared to be a break-in gone wrong. Jackson, despite his criminal history as a thief, was innocent despite evidence seemingly mounted against him. In February 1987, subsequent investigations involving the case pointed toward Jackson's innocence and that David's death was not random at all since Rorschach's journal, which David published prior to his death, was taken from his hands. The newfound investigations prompted Jackson and his attorneys to file a motion for the judge to overturn the jury's guilty verdict.[1] The same year, Doug Roth wrote an article for the Nova Express titled "The Strange Case of Roger Jackson" revolving around the murder of David and Jackson's innocence.
