Monty is a member of a four-man criminal gang responsible for a triple homicide at the Federal Bank in 1939.
Biography[]
Monty and his gang were chased by Hooded Justice and he witnessed what happened to Tony and Little Bob as he fled to a factory in Battery Park. There they were surrounded by police cars, but Monty considered the cops the least of their problems and insisted that they should surrender. He "vanished" as his friend was talking to him.[1]
