You have now been granted the administrator role here in Watchmen Wiki. Congratulations!
If you ever have any questions about being an admin / need any assistance, feel free to reach out to me in my wall - the reason I’m here is to be of help for you and the other admins. There is also Help:Administrators' how-to guide which outlines some interesting information.
I would also recommend consulting with the other admins if you ever need any help or have doubts - you should be able to help each other as well, of course.
Thank-you so much for the promotion, as well as all your diligent work when it comes to ensuring that this wiki runs as smoothly as possible. I am very excited for what the future holds, and cannot wait to see this community grow with such a dedicated team of admins.
With regards to the Discord server - there is a "Watchmen" role for admins I can add you into if you want, but I wanted to stress that this is optional, though. When making the server, I never intended a "requirement" for a wiki admin to admin the Discord server, or even be active on it (because they are both different things, even though we may connect in there).
That being said, it could be a good way of connecting with the other admins, and us, really. If this is something you are interested in, feel free to let me know and I can give you the role.
The requests for the administrator role are now open here on the wiki. Users can either nominate (themselves or others) or vote on users who have been nominated already. Letting you know about this as you have been an active member lately and might want to be aware!
Please don't change the image anymore. I put a better one there because the one picked looked too generic and more like an image for Wade's page. Whereas, the one with a young Wade on 11/2/1985 seeing the piles of corpses, gives more of an air of mystery, suspense, etc.
No worries, and it hasn't been an issue, but it just felt like compared to the other ones, the one they picked wasn't the best. Hence why we picked something else. In the future, if the picture has been changed, let me know and we can discuss if we keep the HBO image on the infobox, or something else. How did you like the episode btw?
Yeah, that's totally understandable. Thanks for reaching out about it.
And yeah, this episode definitely was a standout for me; it was great learning more about Looking Glass's origin, and I really enjoyed how ruthless Laurie was when it came to her interview with him and bugging the cactus. How about you?
