Will Reeves raided Fred’s Original Market on his first outing as the costumed adventurer, Hooded Justice. Reeves confirmed his suspicion that the KKK and Cyclops were using the market as a base of operations and he discovers a book called Mesmerism for the Masses. Hooded Justice fights off the clan member and makes his way to the front of the shop. Fred is confused by the costumed hero, and he fired a shotgun at him, which forced Reeves to flee by diving out the window.
