- Adrian Veidt celebrates his second anniversary on Europa. To celebrate, he puts on his play, The Watchmaker's Son, dramatizing how Jon Osterman became Doctor Manhattan.[3]
2012[]
- Jesse Ventura leverages the Redford administration with evidence about the government’s involvement in the Dimensional Incursion Event.[4]
- Trieu Industries purchases Adrian Veidt's companies.[5][6]
- Members of Veidt Enterprises' board of directors visited Antarctica to seek Adrian Veidt's blessing on the sale of his company only to find Karnak completely unoccupied.[5]
- Adrian Veidt is declared missing.[5]
- Jesse Ventura passes away two weeks after the election under mysterious circumstances.[4]
- Robert Redford appoints Delaware Senator Joe Biden as his Vice President.[4]
- The 2012 edition of Ebert’s Guide to Practical Filmgoing is released.[7]

- Robert Redford is reelected to a sixth term of office as President of the United States.[8]
2013[]
- Adrian Veidt uses the bodies of his servants to spell out the words “Save me daughter” on the surface of Europa, just in time for one of Trieu Industries’ space probes to fly by and see it. Shortly after, Veidt is put on trial by the Game Warden of Europa for attempting to escape.[9]
2014[]
- Marauders: The Winter Pirate is released in the United States by Charlton Studios. The roles of Black Sash and Admiral Pierce are portrayed by Scarlett Johansson and Terry O'Quinn respectively.[4]
2015[]
- The trial of Adrian Veidt concludes, and he is sent to prison.[10]
- Trieu Industries licensed patented micro-fusion propulsion technology to the SDI alliance, China, and the Egyptian Union.[1]
- Peter Murphy is awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature.[11]
2016[]
- Lady Trieu designs and launches the first micro-fusion spacecraft which she sends to Europa to return Adrian Veidt safely back to Earth by 2018.[1][12]
- Mike Ennis' father dies[13]
- Mike Ennis liquidates Black Freighter and donates most of his profits to the Three Million Foundation. Ennis also reconciled with Dao X and Gene Casablancas and gave them the rights to The Book of Rorschach.[13]
November[]

- Robert Redford is reelected to a seventh term of office as President of the United States.[8]
December[]
14th[]
- Adrian Veidt is given a horseshoe hidden inside his seventh anniversary cake.[14]
24th[]
- Seventh Kavalry implements a coordinated strike on police officers around the country, which is later dubbed "White Night".[3] During one such operation, Mike, a member of the Seventh Kavalry, is mysteriously teleported to Gila Flats during his attack on the Abar residence, raising suspicions that Doctor Manhattan is living in Tulsa.[14][12]
- A Tulsa police officer named Doyle and his wife, Ginny, were targeted during the White Night. His son, Topher, had no choice but to hide with his younger sisters, Emma and Rosie, in a closet while their parents were brutally murdered in the next room by Seventh Kavalry foot soldiers.[3]
27th[]
- Angela Abar wakes up in the hospital to find Judd Crawford there.[3]
2017[]
- Angela and Cal Abar decide to adopt her late partner's, Doyle, children.[3]
- Ronnie Ngo Dinh, governor of Vietnam, causes an international incident by claiming that the Vietnamese Liberation Front had assassinated Adrian Veidt as an act of terror against the United States. He used the assertion to justify an escalation of actions against VLF militants. The ensuing police actions resulted in hundreds of civilian deaths and condemnation from nations who’ve expressed support for the “Free Vietnam” movement, including the United Kingdom and China.[5]
- Trieu Industries officially acquires Veidt Enterprises.[5][6]
- Senator Joe Keene writes an additional amendment to the Keene Act called the Defense of Police Act (DOPA), which allows police officers to wear masks which would protect their identities. A pilot program for the amendment is enforced by Tulsa.[15][6]
- Judd Crawford oversees the Tulsa Police Department's transition to masking police officers following the passage of DOPA.[15]
- Angela Abar dons on the masked identity of Sister Night.[7]
- A Harlem movie theater, owned by Will Reeves, starts showing Sister Night every Sunday at midnight.[7]
- A man calling himself “Barry D. Shanes” told Squidworld Digest that he worked as Lady Trieu’s personal tutor during her childhood and that he quit after Bian My ordered him to give Trieu a "duel to the death on multiple planes of existence, corporal and mental".[1]
December[]
13th[]
- Lady Trieu's rescue spaceship arrives on Europa, on the day Adrian Veidt is “celebrating” eight years there. Veidt escapes his prison and heads toward the spaceship, but is confronted by the Game Warden who shoots him. Veidt, however, manages to catch the bullet with his hand and kills him. Veidt steps aboard the ship and escapes Europa. He is enclosed in a solid gold casing to survive the year long journey back to Earth.[12]
2018[]
- Lady Trieu lays the groundwork of the Millennium Clock in Tulsa, Oklahoma.[1]
- Roger Ailes files a lawsuit against Veidt Enterprises and Trieu Industries claiming a “systematic campaign of harassment, intimidation, and sabotage” against him and his employees for publishing reports that the Central Intelligence Agency had killed Adrian Veidt for secrets he possessed regarding the Dimensional Incursion Event. The lawsuit was dismissed and the federal government subsequently ordered Newspaper Corporation of America to either publish an apology to Veidt or pay a $100,000 for violating the Content Code Act. They chose to pay the fine.[5]
- Judd Crawford is appointed full-time chief of the Tulsa Police Department.[15]
- The first season of American Hero Story premieres, centered on Rorschach.[16]
- Lady Trieu purchases the Clark's family farm, shortly before her Mircofusion Spacecraft carrying Adrian Veidt lands nearby.[17]
- Robert Redford announces that he will not be running for an eighth term.[3][18]
- Cameron Crowe writes the liner notes for a 2018 reissue of the Nine Inch Nails entire discography.[11]
- The Nine Inch Nails reunite together in Saigon, Vietnam to perform a song they never finished playing during their disastrous concert in 1995 to Doctor Manhattan inside of a Manhattan Booth as their way of gratitude to the superpowered being.[11]

- The Talk of Tulsa section of the Tulsa Star-Sentinel releases "Lady Trieu: Fact or Fiction".[1]

- Special Agent Dale Petey writes a memo urging the FBI not to declare Adrian Veidt dead, for fear of angering right-wingers who want him found and punished for his role in Rorschach's disappearance.[16]
3rd[]
- Dale Petey writes a memo regarding the upcoming release of American Hero Story's second season titled Minutemen and the upcoming re-release of The Book of Rorschach by Sons of Pale Horse.[21]
8th[]
- Robert Redford nominates a new justice to replace the retiring Justice John Grisham on the Supreme Court.[18]
- John Grisham retires from the Supreme Court.[6]
- Dale Petey writes a memo providing his analysis and criticism of the series American Hero Story: Minutemen.[22]
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation in conjunction with local law enforcement officials in New York City and Vietnam, legally declares Adrian Veidt dead.[5]
- Intrinsic field talks begin in Moscow.[2]
- Judd Crawford and his wife, June, attend a production of Oklahoma!.[2]
- Officer Charlie Sutton of the Tulsa Police Department is shot dead by a Seventh Kavalry member named Carmichael during a routine traffic stop.[2]
9th[]
- The Morning Edition of the New Frontiersman releases "Honor is Like a Hawk: If You Love It, Set It Free" following Robert Redford's nomination of a new justice into the Supreme Court.[18]
- Angela Abar attends Career Day at Topher's school.[2]
- A squidfall hits Tulsa (as well as Vancouver, Jakarta, and Leningrad).[2][3]
- Angela Abar kidnaps a Seventh Kavalry member to interrogate about the shooting.[2]
- Carmichael's Safehouse is raided by the Tulsa Police Department.[2]
- The Washington Post-Intelligencer releases a story titled "Veidt Declared Dead" following a declaration from the FBI after years of investigation into Adrian Veidt's disappearance[5]
10th[]
- Senator Joe Keene announces he is running for president.
15th[]
- Dale Petey writes a memo criticizing the portrayal of Sally Jupiter's attempted rape by the Comedian in the American Hero Story episode "Internal Affairs".[23]
- The Crawfords have dinner at Cal and Angela Abar’s house.
16th[]
- Will Reeves hypnotizes Judd Crawford into hanging himself.[24]
- The Tulsa Police Department finds Judd Crawford’s body and rousts the local Nixonville.[3]
- Sources close to Joe Keene told The Washington Post-Intelligencer that his office was in the process of cancelling and rescheduling events for the week, including an interview with WPI about his presidential campaign.[15]
- Angela Abar visits the Greenwood Center for Cultural Heritage and drops off Will Reeves’ DNA sample.[3]
- American Hero Story: Minutemen premieres nationwide.[3]
- Angela Abar visits Jane Crawford and is surprised to discover a Klansman robe in Judd Crawford’s closet.[3]
- Angela Abar arrests Will Reeves, but he escapes in a flying vehicle.[3]
17th[]
- The Washington Post-Intelligencer releases "Tulsa Police Chief Feared Slain" following the announcment of Judd Crawford's death.[15]
- Laurie Blake and the Anti-Vigilante Task Force sets up a fake bank robbery to lure in and capture Mister Shadow.[6]
- Senator Joe Keene visits Laurie Blake that night at her apartment and asks her to travel to Tulsa the next morning to look into the murder of Judd Crawford. In exchange, he promises to pardon Dan Dreiberg if he becomes president.[6]
18th[]
- Agents Laurie Blake and Dale Petey attend a briefing on the Seventh Kavalry; they then fly to Tulsa.[6]
- Laurie Blake visits the crime scene, the Crawford home, a Tulsa Police Department interrogation site, and the mote she and Dale Petey are staying at.
- Judd Crawford's funeral is held.
- Laurie Blake meets Angela Abar and her family.
- A member of Seventh Kavalry's attacks the funeral using a homemade bomb.[6]
- Laurie Blake and Dale Petey hook up.[6]
- Laurie Blake heads to a Manhattan Booth in downtown Tulsa and gives Doctor Manhattan a call; she sees Angela Abar's car fall from the skies. Abar is there to hear it land, because she’s been paying a late-night visit to the Greenwood Center for Cultural Heritage.[6][17]
19th[]
- Sister Night gives Looking Glass the Klan robe and Nostalgia pills.
- Sister Night confronts Lube Man.
- Laurie Blake pays Cal Abar a visit at his home.
- Angela Abar and Laurie Blake visit Lady Trieu to ask about her drones.
- Bian My has a nightmare about the Vietnam War.
20th[]
- Looking Glass spends the morning consulting on a PR campaign for New York City.[9]
- Laurie Blake takes over the investigation into the Seventh Kavalry and sends the Tulsa PD to canvas local churches to find the Kavalry’s headquarters.[9]
- Looking Glass' alarm system acts up.[9]
21st[]
- Looking Glass consults on a breakfast cereal campaign and visits his ex-wife, Cynthia Bennett, to find out what Will Reeves' pills are.[9]
- Wade Tillman meets a radiologist named Renee at a meeting of Extra-Dimensional Anxiety sufferers.[9]
- Renee introduces Wade Tillman to Senator Joe Keene, who reveals himself to be the leader of the Seventh Kavalry. He shows him a pirated copy of Adrian Veidt's message to Robert Redford; Wade learns the truth that the alien monster that materialized in New York City was a hoax perpetuated by Veidt to prevent World War III.[9]
22nd[]
- Looking Glass consults on an ad campaign for a new perfume.[9]
- At the Tulsa Police Station, Looking Glass turns Angela Abar over to Laurie Blake. Abar takes Will Reeves' Nostalgia and overdoses.[9]
- The Seventh Kavalry pays Looking Glass a visit at his home.[9]
- Laurie Blake writes a memo regarding Angela Abar's overdose and her discovery of the identity of Hooded Justice as Will Reeves.[25]
- Dale Petey writes a memo regarding Nelson Gardner's last will and testament as well as an attached copy of his will.[26]
- Dale Petey writes a memo regarding the film Sister Night, the film's connection to Angela Abar's costumed persona, and the history of the “Black Mask” subgenre.[7]
25th[]
- Members of Cyclops and Seventh Kavalry, including Joseph David Keene Sr. and Jane Crawford, arrive to witness Joe Keene Jr.'s extraction of Doctor Manhattan's powers. Keene prepares to enter the chamber as he gives a speech regarding Cyclops plans of restoring "racial balance" in America and putting an end to President Redford's liberal policies.[12]
- Angela Abar arrives to stop Joe Keene from entering the chamber, warning him that Lady Trieu let the Seventh Kavalry steal the lithium batteries they needed to build the cage to take Doctor Manhattan's powers for herself; Keene ignores her warning and enters the transference chamber with Laurie Blake, Abar, Wade Tillman and the Cyclops and Seventh Kalvary members in attendance. The system activates and a blue wave hits, and everyone is suddenly teleported to Greenwood by Trieu. Adrian Veidt and Blake are reunited for the first time in thirty-four years.[12]
- Due to the Seventh Kavalry's lack of knowledge regarding safety measures, Joe Keene is liquefied during the process and his remains spill across the area and into Doctor Manhattan's cage once Lady Trieu opens the booth.[12]
- Lady Trieu reads a letter written by Will Reeves highlighting Cyclops' white supremacy and history of crimes against people of color for a century, including the Greenwood Massacre of 1921. Trieu then proceeds to kill Joseph David Keene Sr., Jane Crawford, and all the remaining Cyclops and Seventh Kavalry members on behalf of Reeves.[12]
- Doctor Manhattan uses Joe Keene's liquid remains to teleport Adrian Veidt, Laurie Blake, and Wade Tillman to Karnak, Antarctica. Manhattan tells Angela Abar he did not send her away as he did not want to be alone when he dies, as Lady Trieu activates the floating sphere to take Manhattan's powers. Manhattan tells Abar he loves her before he is destroyed and his powers captured.[12]
- At Karnak, Adrian Veidt uses his squid rain device to send frozen squid to fall in Greenwood, which will obliterate anything in the nearby area. Laurie Blake calls Angela Abar in time to warn her, allowing her and Bian to take cover, while the squid rain destroys the sphere and kills Lady Trieu before the transfer can be completed.[12]
- Angela Abar takes shelter at the Williams Dreamland Theatre, where Will Reeves is waiting for her with her children. Reeves reveals his past as Hooded Justice and that Doctor Manhattan had made a deal with him and convinced him to make a deal with Lady Trieu, knowing this end had to happen so that his powers would not be taken by those that would abuse them.[12]
- Adrian Veidt offers Nite Owl II's airship Archie to Laurie Blake and Wade Tillman to return to civilization. Blake prepares to arrest Veidt, with Tillman possessing the 1985 video confession to Robert Redford as evidence that he was behind the squid attack. Veidt attempts to talk his way out of it, but Tillman knocks him out, and he and Blake drag him aboard the ship.[12]
26th[]
- Martial law remains in effect throughout the city of Tulsa as Haz-Mat teams continue to collect the remains of Joe Keene and Lady Trieu.[27]
- Laurie Blake is considered missing by the FBI.[27]
- Dale Petey writes a memo regarding the novel Fogdancing and its influence.[27]
October[]
- Halo Ten Records re-releases the Nine Inch Nails studio album The Manhattan Project featuring a comprehensive essay by Allan Kurtis Shea.[11]
1st[]
- Dale Petey is fired from the FBI and his employment by the Anti-Vigilante Task Force is terminated.[28]
- The Tulsa Police Department and the FBI learn that Dale Petey has taken it upon himself to continue the investigation and has gone into hiding.[28]
- Deputy Director Max Farragut of the FBI writes a memo regarding Dale Petey's termination, as well as the events surrounding Tulsa, Oklahoma.[28]
- Laurie Blake returns home safely and is debriefed at a secure and classified location due to the sensitive nature of the discoveries she made over the course of her investigations.[28]
- Blue Sun Laboratories receives mineral samples harvested from M-Site//11.3.85/UK (marketed as Blue Sunday).
