Charlie (real name: Charles) was the biological father of Walter Kovacs.
Biography[]
In 1939, Charlie lived in an apartment in New York City with a prostitute named Sylvia Kovacs.
Around June 1939, they conceived a child together. Charlie was an ardent supporter of Harry S. Truman which led to constant arguments with Sylvia, who was anti-Truman. Charlie left Sylvia two months before Walter was born due to these political arguments.
Charlie's fate after this is unknown.
