Well, the Emmys happened! Out of the eleven nominations it received, HBO's Watchmen took home four awards:

Outstanding Limited Series

Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie - Regina King (Angela Abar)

Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie - Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Cal Abar/Dr. Manhattan)

Outstanding Writing for a Limited Series, Movie, or Dramatic Special - Episode: "This Extraordinary Being"

What are your thoughts on the Emmys? Did you hope they would win more? I was personally sad Jean Smart didn't win one for her role as Laurie.

Yes glad it won hoped it won more watched the whole Emmys for Watchmen and Mandalorian. I think Watchmen should of won all the awards it was nominated for.

Losing the Outstanding Directing one in particular stings, some of the episodes were absolutely incredible (visually and everything).
